Osteopath
Tennis member and local Osteopath, Robbie Smith, of Harmonic Osteopathy in Edinburgh's West End is offering all Grange members 1/3 off initial treatment session (last up to one hour), until 31 August (ie £30 for Grange members). The usual price is £45 for initial treatments. Follow up sessions are £45 for 40 minutes. Robbie will provide a bespoke treatment regime based on harmonic technique that uses gentle rhythmic oscillatory movements to relax muscles, relieve pain and repair any damaged structures - rather than loud joint "cracking" or "popping". Please contact Robbie if you have any sporting injuries, back/shoulder/neck pain, postural problems, tennis elbow and the like and he will be happy to help. He is accepted by most health insurance providers.

Racquet restringing
Don't forget the excellent racquet restringing service offered by Rab McGill (tel: 07802 442024). Just drop your racquet off in the restringing box (upstairs in the squash courts - Rab will give you the secret code!) and Rab will do the rest.
