Astro turf court booking
Instructions - Booking a court:
- Click on the 'Book now' link above
- Choose which day you want to book the court for from the drop down menu and click 'Go' (see 1 on the screen shot below)
- Choose the court and time by clicking on the relevant 'Click here' link (see 2 on the screen shot below)
- On the next screen enter the names of the players and your password
- Click 'Confirm Tennis Court Reservation'
Instructions - Cancelling a booking:
- Click on the 'Book now' link above
- Click on the 'X' beside your names (see 3 on the screen shot below)
- On the next screen enter the names of the players and your password
- Click 'Cancel just this reservation'
Notes
- Bookings can only be made for the astro turf courts - not the grass courts
- Bookings can be checked on the monitor in the squash corridoor
- Members without internet access can make bookings on the PC in the squash balcony
- Tennis members should have received the booking password in an email, if you haven’t received the email please contact a committee member who will give you the password
Tennis court booking rules
The courts can be extremely busy on weekdays from 5:30 pm-9:15 pm, especially during team season. These rules apply without exception during these peak times:
- You cannot book more than one slot per day at these times. If the court after your time is free, you can use it once you've played your booked time, but you cannot reserve it in advance, you must allow other members to book it.
- If you cannot use a court you booked, you must cancel the booking ASAP. The adherence to these rules is being monitored by the committee.
